Refund policy

Our templates are digital downloads, delivered the moment payment clears. Because a file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, all sales are final, with these exceptions:

• It does not work as described. If a template does not do what its product page says, tell us. We will fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund you in full.
• A file is damaged or will not open on a supported program (Excel 2016 or later, or Google Sheets). We will send a working file, or refund you.
• You bought the same template twice by mistake. We will refund the duplicate.
• Your download never arrived. We will resend it.

To ask for any of these, contact us within 30 days of your order, with your order number and a short description or screenshot of the problem. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Customers in the EU and UK

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download begins, if you agreed to immediate delivery. By completing your purchase, you ask us to make the files available immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once you start the download.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
