This life planner bundle is a spreadsheet bundle of six complete files, not six tabs in one workbook. Together they cover the everyday running of a home: your tasks and goals, your budget, your meals and shopping, your habits, your week and your cleaning.

6. Cleaning Schedule and Home Maintenance Planner

Type two numbers for each job, how often and how long, and the cleaning schedule works out the hours it takes a year against the hours you actually have. It also covers the yearly maintenance jobs nobody remembers.

Filled in and blank, every time

Each of the six comes as an Excel file filled in with a demo year and an Excel file left blank for your own, so you can see each one working before you start. Each has its own instruction guide and its own Start Here tab.

• Microsoft Excel 2016 or later, on Windows or Mac
• Google Sheets with a free Google account. The Google Sheets versions are real workbooks, not a PDF with a link in it.
• No dynamic arrays, no macros and no add-ins, so every file behaves the same on Excel 2016, 2019, 2021 and Microsoft 365 and in LibreOffice. No Microsoft 365 subscription is required.
• No subscription

• One zip with six folders, one for each spreadsheet
• In each folder: the Excel example, the Excel blank and that spreadsheet's instruction guide
• Each instruction guide has one-click links to the Google Sheets versions of that spreadsheet (filled and blank), so all six work in Google Sheets too
