About this template
This cleaning schedule asks for two numbers per job, how often and how long, and turns them into a year of hours. It is for anyone who wants to know whether the cleaning they plan actually fits their week.
Please read: This is a tracker tool only, not financial, tax, legal, medical or any other professional advice or advisory service. It records and calculates what you enter; you are solely responsible for checking all figures, rates, dates and results and for every decision you make. By purchasing, downloading or using it, you accept these terms (your statutory consumer rights are not affected).
Two numbers in
For each job you choose how often it happens, from eight options, how long it takes in minutes, and which room it belongs to. That is the whole input. Times a year, minutes a year, hours a year and hours a week are worked out, and measured against the hours you actually have. Every figure on the dashboard is calculated from the tabs behind it. Nothing is typed into a summary, so the front page can never disagree with the rows it came from.
What is included
- Schedule: eighty recurring jobs, each with frequency, minutes and room
- Yearly home maintenance: jobs such as the boiler, gutters and alarms sit in the same schedule
- Tasks: 200 one-off tasks
- Time by room: worked out automatically
- Dashboard: live, showing the week against the time you have
There are six connected tabs, all reading the same source list. Use the schedule as a cleaning checklist, a chore chart for the household or a simple routine tracker, and see at a glance whether the house cleaning plan is realistic.
You get real spreadsheet files, not a PDF with a link in it: Excel and Google Sheets, each filled in and each blank and ready for yours. The filled copy is the file in the photos, so you can see how it behaves before you type anything.
