About this template

This airbnb cleaning schedule is for hosts and co-hosts who juggle cleaners across one or more short term rental homes. Log each booking once, and the next check-in on the same rental is found for you with the hours available to clean, and same-day turnovers are marked.

Every turnover coming up

The Turnovers tab lists each clean soonest first with the hours to clean, the cleaner and the pay. Pick the cleaner and mark each clean done, late or missed. A turnover with no cleaner booked is flagged, so the turnover schedule never has a gap you miss.

Each cleaner and what cleaning costs

The Cleaners tab shows turnovers, on time, late and missed, and pay over the last 90 days and this month. The Supplies tab logs restocks, and each rental's cleaning fees are set against cleaner pay and supplies over twelve months, so every airbnb host can see what cleaning really makes or costs.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Excel, or can I use Google Sheets?

Either. You get Excel workbooks for Excel 2016 or later on Windows or Mac, and the instruction guide has one-click links to copy the Google Sheets versions with a free Google account.

Does it connect to Airbnb or my calendar?

No. You log each stay once, and the file finds the next check-in on the same rental and works out the hours to clean.

Can I manage more than one rental?

Yes. Every stay belongs to a rental, and the dashboard shows all rentals or any one of them.

Can I see how reliable each cleaner is?

Yes. Each cleaner's on time, late and missed cleans and pay are shown for the last 90 days and this month.

Is there a filled example?

Yes. The example copy holds a year of stays and cleans across four rentals, and a blank copy is included.
