About this template
This HOA dues tracker is made for the volunteer hoa treasurer of a homeowners or condo association. List the homes once and log each payment as it arrives, and every home's year fills in, so the homes behind are plain to see.
Please read: This is a tracker tool only, not financial, tax, legal, medical or any other professional advice or advisory service. It records and calculates what you enter; you are solely responsible for checking all figures, rates, dates and results and for every decision you make. By purchasing, downloading or using it, you accept these terms (your statutory consumer rights are not affected).
The dashboard
Choose any month of the association's year, or the whole year, and the page follows.
- Dues paid against dues due so far, and collected against expected each month
- Every month's homes paid, part paid and late
- Every home that owes the association, most owed first
- Spending so far against the budget's pace through the year
- Each category's spending against its budget, with overs in red
- The reserve fund balance now, with this year's money in and out
- Operating and reserve accounts at the start of the year and now, and the biggest bills paid
Every home, every month
The Dues by Month tab fills from the payments, oldest month first, marking each month paid, part paid or late and showing the month each home is paid through. The Payments tab is a plain payment ledger behind it.
What each home owes
The Homes tab lists every home and owner with dues so far, paid, last year's balance and any special assessment, kept separate, with a status for each.
Budget against actual
The Budget tab sets each category's spending against its hoa budget and against how far through the year you are, from the expenses you log.
The two accounts
Operating and reserve each show the opening balance, money in, money out and what is there now, which makes the board report easy to put together.
