About this template

This 2027 planner is a life planner that is really dated to 2027, not a stack of undated tabs. It takes you from the year to the quarter, month, week and day, with goals, habits, money, meals and life lists inside. Type a birthday once and it lands on its month, on the year at a glance, on your week and on Today.

Really dated, with holidays worked out

Twelve month tabs, January to December 2027, are real calendars with every holiday, birthday, trip, goal deadline, event, bill, chore and task on its day. Pick United States, United Kingdom, Canada or Australia and the national public holidays land on every calendar, with the weekday off when one falls on a weekend. Add your own days off, including regional ones. Change the year on Setup and every date follows.

Year, quarter, month, week, day

Start with a reflection on last year and your vision, then up to 12 big goals, each with a milestone per quarter. This goal planner gives each quarter three priorities and a review, and each month a reset beside its calendar. Weekly adds time blocks of 30 or 60 minutes. Today picks the one task to start for the energy you set, with its first tiny step, and plans every guess at a realistic length.

Both come in every download, every tab drawn for its edition; the dark one is a calm navy with sapphire and gold. Each is filled with a worked example, shown as if it were 17 June 2027, and blank, in Excel and in this digital planner's Google Sheets version.

• Microsoft Excel 2016, 2019, 2021 and Microsoft 365, on Windows and Mac
• Google Sheets with a free Google account. The Google Sheets version is a real workbook you take a copy of, not a PDF with a link in it. It has smaller tables (200 tasks, 25 repeating jobs, 600 transactions) so it stays quick in a browser, and any date cell opens a date picker when you double-click it.
• No dynamic arrays, no macros, no add-ins and no subscription

Frequently asked questions

Can I use it in Google Sheets?

Yes. You get Excel workbooks for Excel 2016 or newer on Mac or Windows, and the instruction guide has one-click links to copy the Google Sheets versions. The Google Sheets version has smaller tables so it stays quick.

Which public holidays are included?

The national public holidays for the United States, United Kingdom (England and Wales), Canada or Australia, with the weekday off when one falls on a weekend. Regional holidays can be added as your own days off.

Is it only for 2027?

It is dated to 2027, but if you change the year on Setup every date follows, so it works again the next year.

Can I track my budget in it too?

Yes. Budget, Transactions, Bills & Subs and Savings & Debt add up your plan, spending, savings funds and debts from one list of transactions.

What is 2027 Wrapped?

A one-page summary that fills itself as the year goes: tasks done, habits kept, best streak, money saved, books read, trips, your best month by mood and a win from every month.
