This job application tracker shows you which applications have gone quiet and need a follow-up today. It is for anyone in an active job hunt who wants a clear application log, honest numbers on how the search is going, and no mental arithmetic at the end of a long day.

Any application still at Applied after more than 14 days turns red. Often the most useful thing to do is not send more applications but write a short follow-up to the companies that never replied, and this makes them impossible to miss. Days ago is calculated on every row, so you never have to count back from a date.

Either. The download has Excel files for Excel 2016 or later on Windows and Mac, and the instruction guide has one-click links to copy the Google Sheets versions with a free Google account.

What is the reply rate?

It is the share of your applications that moved past Applied, shown as a percentage, so you can judge whether your CV is getting responses.

How many applications can I track?

Up to 150, each with company, role, source, salary, notes and one of ten stages.

Can I track interviews separately?

The four interview stages are counted together at the top, so you always know how many are in progress.
