About this template

This ADHD planner spreadsheet shows one screen at a time and nothing that keeps score. It is for anyone who has abandoned three planners because missing one day made them useless: Today shows only what is due now, quickest job first, with no streak counter and no overdue number climbing at you.

Choose All areas or one part of your life and the page follows. Nothing on it is typed; it fills itself from what you enter.

Light and dark editions

Every download has a light edition and a dark edition, with every tab restyled and the same formulas in both. Each comes filled in, so you can see how it behaves before you type anything, and blank, in Excel and in Google Sheets. It works as a task tracker and a simple digital planner on any screen you already use.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work in Excel and Google Sheets?

Yes. The Excel workbooks run in Excel 2016 or later on Windows and Mac, and the instruction guide has one-click links to the Google Sheets versions.

What happens if I miss a day?

Nothing breaks. Habits count the days you did them, with no streak to reset to zero, and Today shows only what is due now.

How does it decide what I should do first?

Today ranks what is due by how heavy each job feels, quickest first, then shows this week's tasks.

Why only eight tabs?

On purpose. Fewer tabs means less to keep up with, and the dashboard calculates everything else.

Is there a dark mode?

Yes. Every download includes a light edition and a dark edition with the same formulas.
