About this template
This bridal party tracker, part bridesmaids tracker and part outfit log, keeps the wedding party and everything they wear in one workbook. It is made for the couple or the maid of honor who is chasing sizes, orders and fittings, and it shows at a glance which items are ready and which are running late.
Please read: This is a tracker tool only, not financial, tax, legal, medical or any other professional advice or advisory service. It records and calculates what you enter; you are solely responsible for checking all figures, rates, dates and results and for every decision you make. By purchasing, downloading or using it, you accept these terms (your statutory consumer rights are not affected).
The dashboard
Nothing here is typed by hand. Pick Whole party or one person and the page updates to match.
- Every outfit item, and the fittings still to go
- Each person's items, marked ready, on the way, late or not ordered
- Arrivals and fittings coming up, soonest first, with late ones flagged
- Arrivals and fittings month by month up to the day
- Everyone's sizes and measurements on one sheet to hand to the shops
- Money still owed on outfits, what each outfit costs and who pays
- A countdown to the wedding, and the date to have it all in hand
Sizes for everyone, asked once
The Wedding Party tab holds each person's role, phone number and sizes: size, chest or bust, waist, hips, inseam and shoe. That covers every bridesmaid, the groomsmen, the flower girl and the ring bearer, for a wedding party of up to 30, so nobody has to be asked twice.
Every item and where it is
The Outfits tab lists each bridesmaid dress, suit, tie, pair of shoes and piece of jewelry, with when it was ordered, when it should arrive and when the fitting is booked. From those dates each item is marked Not ordered, On its way, Late, Cutting it close, Fitting booked or Ready. Items become late once their arrival date passes, and deliveries due too close to the day are flagged. The dashboard lists the next deliveries and dress fittings in date order, with anything late at the top.
Who pays for the wedding attire
Every item is paid for by the couple, the person wearing it or their family. The Who Pays What tab adds it up by person and by item, and shows what is still unpaid, person by person.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work in Google Sheets as well as Excel?
Yes. You get Excel workbooks for Excel 2016 or later on Windows or Mac, and the instruction guide has one-click links to copy the Google Sheets versions with a free Google account.
How many people can I add?
The tracker fits a wedding party of up to 30, including bridesmaids, groomsmen, a flower girl and a ring bearer.
How does it know an item is late?
You type the date each item should arrive. Once that date passes without it arriving, the item is marked Late, and deliveries due too close to the wedding are flagged.
Can it split costs between the couple and the party?
Yes. Each item is paid by the couple, the person wearing it or their family, and the Who Pays What tab totals it all and shows what is still unpaid.
Is there an example to follow?
Yes. The filled copy has a wedding party of 13 and 35 outfit items, and a blank copy is included for yours.
