This wedding planner spreadsheet gives you a budget that adds up and a guest list that counts itself. It is made for couples who want to see the money, the RSVPs and the checklist in one place, and it arrives with a worked wedding already in it, so you can see what finished looks like before you start.

Light and dark editions

Every download has a light edition and a dark edition, every tab restyled and the same formulas in both. Each comes filled with the worked wedding and blank, in Excel and in Google Sheets. The vendor status panel doubles as a simple vendor tracker.

Frequently asked questions

Can we use it in Excel or Google Sheets?

Both. The Excel workbooks run in Excel 2016 or later on Windows and Mac, and the instruction guide has one-click links to the Google Sheets versions.

How many guests can it hold?

The Guests tab has 250 rows, each with RSVP, meal and table, and the dashboard counts coming, not coming, waiting and not asked.

Does it help with seating?

Yes. The Seating tab shows seats, spares and who is still unplaced.

Can we see what is still to pay?

Yes. The dashboard shows what is owed, what is overdue, what is due in the next 30 days, and every payment due by month up to the day.

Is there an example to follow?

Yes. It comes with a worked wedding already filled in, plus a blank copy for yours.
