About this template
This Amazon seller profit tracker separates FBA fees, referral fees and advertising from the money you actually keep. It is for FBA sellers who want a plain bookkeeping template that shows real margin, not the figure before costs.
Please read: This is a tracker tool only, not financial, tax, legal, medical or any other professional advice or advisory service. It records and calculates what you enter; you are solely responsible for checking all figures, rates, dates and results and for every decision you make. By purchasing, downloading or using it, you accept these terms (your statutory consumer rights are not affected).
Fees and ads on their own lines
FBA fees, referral fees and sponsored-product spend each get their own expense category. The margin you see on the profit and loss is the margin you keep, and you can tell at a glance which of the three is growing.
Enter it once
Sales go on the Income tab, costs on the Expenses tab, with a tax rate picked for each line. The monthly and quarterly views, the profit and loss, the sales tax worksheet and the dashboard all recalculate from those two registers, so no report can drift away from the ledger.
15 connected tabs
Fifteen connected tabs make up the workbook. The main ones:
- Income: 500 rows, with the tax split out on every line
- Expenses: 500 rows, split the same way
- Setup: your categories, your tax rates and your set-aside percentage
- Monthly, Quarterly and Profit & Loss: all calculated, nothing typed
- Sales Tax: collected against paid, by rate and by quarter
- Estimated Tax: four quarterly set-asides at your own rate
- Custom Range: pick any two dates and every figure follows
- Comparison: this year against last, month by month
- Balances: what each account took in and paid out
- Dashboard: six live figures and the four quarters
- Start Here: setup in a few minutes
Real files, filled and blank
You get real spreadsheet files, not a PDF with a link in it: Excel and Google Sheets, each filled with a worked example and each blank and ready for your own numbers. The filled copy is the file in the photos, with two full years of demo data so the Comparison tab has something real to compare.
It is a bookkeeping file for an ecommerce seller, not a connection to your seller account: you enter or paste the figures from your own statements.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work in Excel and Google Sheets?
Yes. You get Excel files for Excel 2016 or later on Windows and Mac, and the instruction guide has one-click links to make Google Sheets copies with a free Google account.
Can I track FBA fees separately from ad spend?
Yes. FBA fees, referral fees and sponsored-product spend each have their own expense category, so each shows up on its own line in the reports.
Does it pull data from my seller account?
No. There is no account or bank connection and no add-ins. You enter your income and expenses on the two registers and everything else calculates.
How many transactions does it hold?
The Income and Expenses tabs have 500 rows each.
Can I see last year against this year?
Yes. The Comparison tab shows this year against last, month by month, and the filled copy includes two full years of demo data.
