This seller bookkeeping spreadsheet is for handmade and online marketplace sellers who want fees, postage and shipping income finally separated out. Platform fees, payment processing and postage each get their own category, so your real margin stops hiding inside one big expenses line.

One ledger, every report

You enter money in on one tab and money out on another, pick a tax rate for each line, and everything else reads those two. The monthly view, the quarterly view, the profit and loss statement, the sales tax worksheet and the dashboard all recalculate. Nothing is typed twice, and no number on a report can disagree with the ledger it came from.

What it does for you

Can I see each marketplace fee separately?

Yes. Transaction, processing and listing fees, offsite ads, on-site ads and shipping labels each have their own line, with their share of your sales.

How does it handle shipping?

Shipping you collect from buyers is tracked as income and the postage you pay as an expense, so neither hides inside the other.

Can I see which products make the most money?

Yes. The dashboard ranks your best sellers by sales, with units sold, profit and margin, and shows profit per order month by month.

Will it help me put tax aside?
