About this template
This wholesale order tracker shows what you buy, what it costs and what is left on the shelf, in one file. It is for small businesses that order stock in and want cost, margin and reorder levels in the same place.
Please read: This is a tracker tool only, not financial, tax, legal, medical or any other professional advice or advisory service. It records and calculates what you enter; you are solely responsible for checking all figures, rates, dates and results and for every decision you make. By purchasing, downloading or using it, you accept these terms (your statutory consumer rights are not affected).
One material list feeds everything
Each material and its unit cost is entered once. That list feeds the product costs, the stock valuation and the reorder flag, so when a supplier changes a price you change it once and everything downstream re-prices. As a supplier tracker, the Materials tab also shows how many products use each item.
Eleven connected tabs
Every tab reads the same source list, so nothing is entered twice:
- What you sell: Products, 120 rows, and Materials, 120 rows, with a recipe per product, cost built from the recipe, and one product list feeding everything
- What it is worth: suggested price, margin before the fee and after it, stock valued at cost and at retail, and a reorder flag
- What sold: Orders, 400 lines, with profit per line, sales by channel and by month, and a live dashboard
It works as an inventory tracker and stock tracker for what is on the shelf, a purchase order record for what you bought, and a profit tracker for every order line. Every figure on the dashboard is calculated from the tabs behind it, and nothing is typed into a summary, so the front page always agrees with the rows it came from.
You get real spreadsheet files, not a PDF with a link in it: Excel and Google Sheets, each filled in and each blank and ready for yours. The filled copy is the file in the photos, so you can see how it behaves before you type anything.
